NOTICE OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETINGS

Flint Ledge Estates Community Association, Inc.

Our Association will reconvene the annual meeting this Tuesday, June 29 2010, from 7:30m to 8:30pm at Rockville City Hall.

The topic of the annual meeting is to review our budget and elect new board members. Please give your proxy to a board member or neighbor.

The next regular meeting of the Board of Directors is 6 July 2010

A meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled for 14 September 2010

First agenda item will be open floor for resident to voice any issues (other meeting follow set agenda)

· Every attempt will be made to hold Board meeting on odd months, the second Tuesday.

· All members are invited to attend and observe the regular Board of Directors Meetings.

· This is not a Meeting of the Membership and the agenda is, therefore, established by the Board and we request that this be respected by anyone who attends.

The last meetings of the association was 15Jun2010 7pm. We reconvened the special meeting suspended on Friday 30May2010 due to lack of a quorum. At this meeting membership approved a one time increase in annual dues of 30% sufficient to raise our operating budget $6,000, the vote was 25 For and 3 Opposed. The association now has a managing agent, to assist in operations. The special meeting was adjourned and the annual meeting began at 7:30PM. The annual meeting needed 40 members for a quorum. 14 were in attendance and there were 14 valid proxies. No elections for board of directors could be held due to a lack of a quorum. The Board of directors did vote to approve the bid of a new Landscaping contractor. The annual meeting will be reconvened 29Jun2010.
